Moussa was a man possessed in that half. He was brilliant. As was everyone TBF.

The one standard formation we have been avoiding the whole time we have been **** as well.

Funnily enough it’s the one that prevents you from getting overrun in midfield.

Never thought I would see Armstrong running rings around Man City defenders.

Good show for Orsic to see we can fight and play football. Will make him think he made a good move.

Nope because we'd be losing if I hadn't done it!

Refreshing to see JWP playing further forward with a little more freedom - he is so much better when he doesn't have to just sit and hold. Good call by NJ.

I’ve not been watching as am on the train, and haven’t heard his name mentioned on here, but is it having the presence of Lavia back in the middle that is allowing the likes of JWP the freedom to play that aggressive pressing style that works well for us?

They have all been better than Sterling. He’s a diver.

Wow! Important not to have conceded before HT. JWP free to be more effective with 2 sitters behind him.

I know Djenepo's goal looks much better, but I think Mara's finish was actually more impressive. A lot of pace on the ball and he has to hit it first time with solid contact rather than just a glancing touch. Just after he skied one too - lovely goal.

The difference in JWP when he plays further up the pitch is dramatic tonight. Always like the 4-2-3-1 since Poch days
