A big yes, i remember Allardyce saying league cup was our biggest chance of success too. Simple fact - big teams take the FA more seriously, and the league cup less seriously. It makes far more sense to go guns all-blazing for a quarter-final we're already in, than to forsake that by putting out a good team in the early stages of a competition we are completely unadvanced with.
That's also a potential game that Fulham might see worth going all-out for rather than when they play us - ie derby bragging rights and them thinking Chelsea are a good target because they're so crap right now. They might put it all into that game.
Holy **** I didn't realise Leicester game was today I thought it was thursday, damn dude. I was ****ting myself because I thought a thursday game would impact us on the weekend vs fulham, but tues gives us a lot of time to prepare, and Fulham play Thursday!!! It's looking good bitchesZZZZ
Willock--------Wilson---------Almiron --Joelinton-Bruno--Longstaff------- Burn-----Botman----Schar-----Trippier ---------------------Pope--------------------
Twiddle Willock and Joelinton around and we're talking, Willock does good stuff in midfield. Wilson in form atm so gets nod over Isak.
Ffs, I'm at the panto tonight at the Theatre Royal. Oh no you're not/Oh yes I am. I'm hoping to hear a few cries of "Brunnnnoooo" throughout the performance.
Joelinton is the midfield beast IMO. I suppose you can rotate them around, but I think Joelinton offers more defensively and Willock offers more going forward.
Redhouse! I stay at the Premier inn round the corner when I'm up for games, walk up the road to the right of Redhouse up to the round about, up the **** off stairs then up the bigg market to games! It's all ****ing up hill! Usually stop off for a pint on the way to the game.
Redhouse is a good shout, stayed in the Hilton across the river a few times and that was always one of our stops plus a bus stop around the corner if you didn't fancy the hill.
