Yep. Front two where on fire that day. How we didn’t get 3/4 goals is beyond me. And as you say like a no 1 one hit wonder the partnership disappeared.

Ghillas was good for us every time he played. Which wasn’t much. Must have been terrible in training is all I could ever think.

Didn't Brownie fall out with him because he insisted on fasting for Ramadan,or was that someone else?

Not a surprise given recent omissions.

We will end up down in all of this. Hopefully rosenior is calling more of the shots with signings.

As clearly wet lettuce shota just accepted what he was given!

Especially when you think he was meant to be KLP's replacement.

Just a learning curve for Acun. He wanted to excite and unite the fans and he's done that and then some. Onward and upward...

Sinik has played 350 minutes usually off the bench when games were gone or being chased. Can’t write him off like that. I hope he finds some confidence.

I don’t think anyone is writing him off but he’s never particularly had end product at any point in his career so it boils back to what grounds did we actually sign him on in the first place. He’s very lightweight and doesn’t create very much in the time he’s on the pitch. He’s on big wages for someone who’s not impressing on or off the pitch and a loan could hopefully help next season or help us recoup the sizeable fee we paid

With the loan of Sinik and the possible outbound transfer of Ozan Tufan, can we say that Acun's experiment with buying Turkish players to play in the Championship was a failure and I cannot see Rosenior wanting to scour the Turkish league for new signings.

A loan is fine, but I wouldn’t want to see either him or Tufan leave so soon. Can’t judge Sinik on the few minutes he’s played. If he’d played as much as Longman has then fair enough. I like Longman too but it’s harsh to write Sinik off when Longman plays as much as he does with little end product and still gets picked.

Tufan I’d be disappointed but Sinik just doesn’t seem cut out for this league. Lightweight, not particularly quick, tricky player but that’s about it. Don’t ever fault his commitment but for the fee we paid you’d have expected more glimpses

He seems to like Pelkas, Allahyar, Tetteh so I’m not sure about that. You could spin the Chelsea loanees as failed Prem youth loans, yet we’re likely to sign at least 2 this window.
