The only way I see a 3CB lineup working is if Lavia plays as the only defensive midfielder, forming a flat diamond. I then see Lavia forming the bottom of another narrow diamond, with JWP and Moi playing ahead of him and Mara being the top of the diamond, in the 10 position. Perraud and KWP give the width and Che goes anywhere across the front. That I can see might work. If we line up with 2 defensive midfielders then I think we will lose the midfield.
Apparently if level on points, goals scored and goal difference, your position is decided by the quality of the light show.
Feeling good before kick off, gotta feeling we will see a football game happen, possible that there might be a goal or two.
Can’t wait for his, “Saints player wasn’t fouled but was actually fouling the Forest player by using his shin against his boot” comments. Or a completely innocent connection between a Saints’ arm and a Forest head, with him suggesting there was malice involved. That he played for Forest should at least make him neutral.
