I’ve done that with keema n cheese

 

Crispy salt and chilli chicken. Served as always with some perfect fluffy rice. Misjudging the chilli was a mistake, a hot one.

 

Keema saag & paneer madras.

Looks nice Sweats like an indo Chinese fusion. If you don’t like so much chilli use black pepper where you’ll have more of a background heat.
