Mostly comprehensive performance apart from the start of the second half. Reminded me a bit of Peterborough away last season
despite their 15 mins or so of high pressure, we still looked comfortable defensively, their goal from poor set peice defending aside, it's remarkable and all 3 our of second half goals came from them pressing higher, giving the two forwards space to run into, honestly they all deserve huge applause
we haven't made any signings yet how is this the same team that conceded records amount of goals the turn around from that alone is hard to get head around
I used to have that issue with atlas VPN, I switched to NordVPN today and it worked perfect with no interuptions
4 on target and 4 goals, we have needed to be more clinical for a while and it's starting to happen. If we score more then the lapses at the back don't hurt as much
Great to get the win, but until the two late goals we rode our luck. After their equaliser, I’m sure many of us worried they would go and win it. Oscar’s shot for 2-1 was appallingly clumsy but he seems to have the magic touch. Smith’s brace was excellent - he’s really improved, and that first was a classic striker’s goal that Wagstaff, Pearson, Edwards, Payton, Fryatt and all other great Hull City strikers would have been proud of. Clever to beat the offside trap, brilliant to get it past the keeper, and clinical to finish from a tight angle. Now just sort out the home form.
First time I've enjoyed watching Magennis giving away stupid fouls. Nice for Tyler Smith as well, hope it gets him a good move.
