Is that so?? I thought all it did was balance the tartness of the rhubarb and granny smiths.

I prefer making desserts so will post those when I can <ok>

Sticks to the teeth like fook with a combination of the rhubarb and sugar, it's the only dessert I remember being that bad for it, but love it just the same. Crumble all day long over pie for me.

Yes definitely for me also. Also getting the bake right on a base pastry for a pie is tricky as fck. Too much effort for less tastier dessert imo.

I put ground ginger in the crumble topping also which finished it off really well.

Just had full 'Christmas' dinner (well I say just, couple of hours ago) but this time withleg of lamb.

Pigs in blankets, the stuffing balls, dried peas and all the shiz.

Followed by some Nadia Bakes dessert type thing.

Very nice, but am ****ing stuffed and feel the size of a house.

    Sort **** time starts tomorrow.

Might bump the big fat thread of fitness, as is tradition.

Tap room and burgers at the match tomorrow, followed by trip to Old Trafford for United v Bournemouth Tuesday, with Pizza Express pre match, so maybe sort **** can wait till Thursday.
