Thought we absolutely dominated that. 18 shots at goal. Hitting the woodwork twice. We were just extremely unlucky not to win. Its tragic looking over at the RTG board and seeing how pathetic some of them are going on.

For me that was a good performance from a squad hit with injuries again. Play offs is still the shout.

I think Simms could've made a difference today - especially at the end. Everton are a bunch of twats!

We weren't largely rubbish at all. Over the course of the 90 mins we were the better team.. We were poor in the first half and still had the better chances.

I think today has shown us not only do we need 2 strikers, we also need someone to beef our CM up and win the ball back like Evan's does.
We shouldn't have to he so reliant on a player like Evan's with the age he is.

I don't understand no Evans today, wasn't he just rested against Wigan?

Crap 1st half, brilliant 2nd. Of Ba and Michut I know who I'd be starting.

I think he is a fantastic footballer. He is now developing that mentality off the ball. One of the most effective and best players we have. Certainly our best midfielder in my opinion.

Gutted we couldn’t grab the second we deserved.

bit of time off in the league now to recouperate and recruit. Got to be light approach to the FA cup with our injuries

I thought Neil did well again today doing that job. Just a frustrating 1st half cost us

We weren't at our best. We were still much the better side and created enough chances to score another 2 or 3. In fact, I'd say we created as many good chances as we did against Wigan. 7 points from the last 3 is a good return.

Ba did well when he came on and the game changed when the formation changed.

Hume was unlucky not to be motm against Wigan, but he was motm today for me. Another good game from Neil too.

I only saw the 2nd half. Thought we roasted them in the main. Should of probably won, keeper made a couple of worldies, but 7 out of 9 points over Xmas. I'll happily take it. Happy New Year all!

I agree we need a like for like replacement, but the young lads who played in Ba, Neil and Michut deserve credit. They didn't look out of place really. Although Ba deserves more minutes than Michut.

Feels mad given how sluggish we started but I'm sitting here a bit disappointed we haven't won it. Plenty of chances but just didn't have the final touch today. Credit to Abdoullah Ba who came on an injected lots of energy into the middle and Jack Clarke for a very positive second half too. Another goal for the Loch Ness one and 7pts from 9 over Christmas.

A little frustrated but the fact we're 6th in the table puts a bit of context to it. Jan time, lets add a couple of quality players and keep Ross Stewart eh!

Unbeaten over Xmas, so not a bad result on the face of it. Keeps the points tally ticking over.

Plenty of time to get a few of the injured back before we resume our league campaign. Would be good to bring a striker in this week, so we can rest Stewart against Shrewsbury.

Hume has nailed down the RB/RWB slot now.. If Gooch comes straight back in then it's an injustice.
