I personally don’t rate him. He was a big fish in a small pond under SB but he’s not, in my opinion, not good enough

Not really. He’s a headless chicken. Don’t get me wrong, I hope EH can coach him to make that pass at the right time, know when to take on the extra man and when not to etc He’s made of balsa wood though. He’s an I and not a team

I'd like a run of games with ASM Isak Almiron up top with Big Joe replacing Longstaff in midfield. See how that works

Like I said, I hope EH can get a tune out of ASM but get that niggly feeling he won’t

So you're saying he's good enough then right?

    I agree. Good man.

I really want Botman to get a goal. He’s been brilliant since he’s arrived.

I know they have a US manager but fair play if the US national team are playing Leeds.

Good shout. Are we actually at the business end of the table where we want the big six to lose.

    Hell yer!

I'm perfectly comfortable with Wood playing games like this. I trust him to do a good job even if we may have to rely more on goals from elsewhere in the team.

I'm pretty sure he'll start... he gives everything and OK he's not going to take players on and do anything eye catching but he's scored a few important goals, he's a very good penalty taker and he's a bit of a handful tbh.. seems a top bloke too

The work rate of Joe and Almiron defensively is something we are not going to get from ASM, he is a weak link in reality and if he doesn't play for the team like the rest do then he is a waste on the pitch.

You won't get their kind of work rate from many other players full stop. They've been immense.

Max does work hes just not very good at it and when you sprint you get tired faster. when he's played he's produced but he's injured too much.

We've got far worse players to be labelling him a weak link and I don't think that'll change for another year or two personally .

He's a weapon from the bench when we need to unlock a defence and that'll start happening more because clubs will come for a point.

Not sure about the 6 yellow card rule but the 5 yellow card rule is rest/adjusted after 19 games <cheers>
