I think I would prefer league one. At least we witnessed some attacking football and goals. If the turgid performances of late continue people will soon lose interest. The current style of football is shocking.
Watched a game last night on the box. Crystal Palace v Leeds (1970's/80's perhaps?). So much more entertainment and no play acting as is served up today. Bremner a class act.
League one is shockingly poor - which makes it doubly hilarious that Sheff Wed didn't get out at the first attempt. No doubt that Championship is preferable, and as others have said, Premier League preferable to championship. However, for me PL is only preferable if we can compete and aren't going to get hammered 9-0 at Liverpool, Man City or Arsenal (or all 3)
That's a bit close - I would have thought Plymouth, Portsmouth or Exeter were more suitable destinations
If Bremner was playing it must have been the early 70's as he was at City in '76. He certainly had his red mist moments occationally on the field and was often chippy in his tackles, as Giles could be. Both had nowt to match Hunter in that regard mind.
That's charitable of you, I recommend Kyiv. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
