My dickie's a bit dozze. It's after 4am in old Sydney town. But well worth the stay up. So happy tonight ... sorry, morning.
That's a fantastic win against a very difficult side. Critchley had us pressing really, really well and we were far more positive in possession, playing forward more often. Clarke-Salter and Dunne excellent along with both full backs, especially Laird. Tim was magnificent in midfield and so unlucky with his thunderbastard that hit the post. Field was his usual self, shielding the defence superbly. It's hard to believe they were the same players that have looked so lacklustre. Let's hope it continues.
Winning the bad games better than losing them. At least gaff gets to find weaknesses in our players and how to adjust our plays to better suit circumstances.
Cos they've won more points away from home than any other side and are turd at home lol. Who cares really though !
Well that has brightened up the day considerably....... Been painting exit strategy house so only following via Whatsapp group..... Well done lads........ time for wine o'clock before attempting to clean paint roller, brushes and paint tray..... what a sophisticated life I lead....... U R'sssssssssssss
OK I know Preston don't score many at home, but a clean sheet in Critchley's 1st game in charge with only 6 days of training bodes well for the future ! If he can sort out our striker trouble in January then who knows where we could end up. Very promising start and looking forward to hearing his post match interview.
Every time I vow not to get excited and ignore the football, only having a quick look at the score near the end….we win. Every time I get excited and start dreaming of winning and possible playoffs….we lose. Supporting QPR is hell
Hopefully Critchley will make us as ruthless as Burnley were in front of goal, if so, will still be an interesting 2nd half to the season
Yes. Keep the faith. One good striker or even Charlie, and we're a chance of the top six. From there, it's a lottery.
