Not going to get in a discussion with you after a defeat, learnt my lesson last time

I would however exercise my right to disagree with your post and to be honest so do a fair few on the branch bus.

You don't think that the manager should have stemmed the tide in the second half and made some changes instead of waiting till the 89th minute ?

The entirety of social media disagrees with your branch bus.

No sticking up for them after that. Gutless performance once again at home. I mean may aswel have have just stayed in the changing rooms second half for what use the players were. That is a game we should yet again never lost. Home form is a pure joke. No excuses of the "ahhh we've got loads of Injuries" only one player in that category now so, we need to get real and very quickly. I'm sick of just doing enough and the 3 subs on 89 mins hahahaha my god. Joke.

Mowbray should have done more to change the game when it was clear it was getting away from us but it doesn't mean it's all his fault that we lost.

Just need to look at the table to see he's doing a good job. I'd like him to be more proactive at times.

Very disappointed after that. Defensively we were amateur. The number of times a cross field ball found an open west brom player was scary. We gave the ball away cheaply often trying to be too smart.

He got the timing wrong. Should have even made around 70-75th minute. He got the subs wrong too, Dajaku isn't going to change any game at any point.

Aye the 3 subs on the 89 is one of the most random bits of management I have ever seen following football.

Wasn't even in reaction to them going ahead either. Was a good 7 mins after they scored!!!!

Despite being 1 up at half time it was clear the threat was down our left. Cirkin should have been on at half time and Neil replaced with Ba to shore up middle.

Interesting - I suppose the lino was in the best position to see the curvature of the ball

We got await with it first half against Millwall.
Tonight we were on top first half but still gave Wallace far too much time and space even in that first half.
Second half tonight Mowbray has sleepwalked us to defeat again.
Very poor subs again. Why Clarke instead of Cirkin to stem the tide.
Why 3 subs on 90 mins.
    Absolutely piss poor.

For all Clarke is an excellent player, bringing him on for Embleton just stuck a massive target on that side as it weakened us physically and defensively. They saw that too and reacted brilliantly with the subs.

Mowbray didn’t have a clue what to do after that.

Maybe bringing Clarke on was in the hope it would push them back? After all Clarke has had a decent season so far and is a threat.

Assume that's Mowbray's fault for Clarke not doing much when he came on......

Another game of two halves, amazing that we can't put 90 minutes together.
Big fan of TM but agree he should have reacted sooner with his subs.
Wallace was running the show first half and TM should have had him nailed before HT.
Awful to watch second half, needs sorting.

Of course Clarkes performance wasn’t Mowbrays fault. Just pointing out that it didn’t work, appeared to weaken us and they spotted it.

Tactically they got it spot on with their response

You can't push them back without the ball. We'd lost all momentum and they were flooding forward. We needed to nullify their threat and then play our way back in. The change to make was cirkin for embleton, stay 4 in midfield with the ball but ask cirking to double up with alese without.

After the good first half were any of you thinking the same as me that we would have a crap second half.

it seems to be happening just about every game.
We have one good half and one bad half.

if we have a poor first half it gives me hope for the second half but if we have a good first half I expect the worst.
