    Just seen this

Five minutes to go and he’s took off our only striker (Simms), our biggest aerial threat for a set piece (Batth), and our best set piece taker (Pritchard). And that’s after we should have made subs 30 minutes sooner. Never been more baffled over substitutions. ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

Pissed off after that, was impressed with West Brom mind think they’ll be right up there, good physical side, we could play until midnight and not score from open play let alone from 9394839 corners

I reckon most of us could do as good a job as Mobray.

WBA are rejuvenated under their new manager, and they will clearly make a charge for top 6. They were impressive 2nd half. Its not the end of the world. Beat Hull on Saturday and we'll love Mowbray again.

Nah. You are fundamentally wrong. Players are naieve time and again. Managers coach them and they dont take it on quickly enough. Footballers arent clever enough. I spend so muçh time with 18 year olds, they are miles off. Mowbray has a young side and they arent intelligent. We are in a position where we need patience from fans. 23 is when players get it, or 120 games.

It’s one of those baffling games where I can’t blame a single one of our players or the ref.

Both goals were very very good. Rogic and Dike are two players who could do a job in the Premier. And that cross for the goal was brilliant.

I can’t even blame the ref. He was really good at letting the game flow and I can’t remember him getting anything wrong. Whether the ball was in or out at the end is hardly something to blame him on.

O’Nien was brilliant all game. Most of the players worked their arses off and were blowing by 60 mins.

And all of the above is why I won’t understand anybody who can’t see why Tony Mowbrays inability to read a game of football and change things. Even read his players and see when they need replacing.

There isn’t anybody whatsoever to look at other than Mowbray. Which is a shame as I think he’s a smashing fella.

    Disagree.

Mowbray started the wrong left back. Alese was never going to control Wallace. Cirken made more tackles in 10 mins.

He left the overload down the left go on too long.

Didn't freshen it up when their manager did.

Left it too late to make changes to get back on track.

That's not players lacking experience it's rank management

I've not been keeping track but it seems to me like it's random whether it's the first or second half we play well in. If anything I'd say we're usually better after the break.

Disappointing that mind. We are very naive at times, as good as we can be.

But we need more experienced & physical players who can come on and change a game in this league. We don’t have those options & it needs sorting this January.

and this by the way is why it’s so frustrating.

I KNOW the players are young. I KNOW they will make mistakes. But they didn’t. None of them did.

It’s why we need a manager who uses them properly and can help them when things aren’t going well on the pitch.

Mowbray seems the PERFECT manager off the pitch. I love the way he gets these lads confident. And I love the way he sets us up to play.

I just wish he downloaded “Instant Result” skin in football manager and then once set us up just hand everything over to his assistant (as long as that isn’t Mike Dodds!)

All game we were poor down the left. Left it far too long and overloads were allowed to happen.

CM was dead on its feet. No changes at the right time.

WBA made 5 subs and adjusted it tactically. Everyone on here said it was going to do the other way if didn't made the changes. We didn't.

Then to make 3 subs in the 89 th minute was a pisstake.
