World Cup Predictions League 2022 League Table Here is the updated table after an exciting quarter final stage which was very hard to predict. Highest totals for this round were by Frenchie and myself with Mark and Charlie also doing well. The league is still all very close, at least amongst those who are still tipping - with only 18 between myself and Mark with Yorkie and Frenchie within easy striking distance. So we're now down to 4 teams and a possible repeat of the final of 4 years ago. Shame about England but a good chance to put it right in the Euros in 2 years time, which will be in Germany. Argentina 2-1 Croatia France 2-0 Morocco so as Mark said previously Croatia v Morocco final (with both my tips bound to be wrong), what a bizarre WC this has been, I suppose proving non euro and Sth Americans dont have it their own way anymore

The second French goal had a massive impact on our league and Mark now leads ahead of Yorkie. We now know the matches for the last round - I say 'matches' because I forgot about the match for 3rd and 4th place which I will include, though the points for this one will be the same as for the Semis. The final, of course, keeps the scoring as shown on the first page. As regards the bonus points, these will be added right at the end. The 50 point bonus for having picked the leading goalscorer ahead of the competition only applies if that player is the clear leader in this, not if it is shared eg.. two players with the same amount - in this case it would be 25 points.
