Dunno, I've softened a bit. We should be flat-out Euro 24 favourites, along with France. Is he the weak link, or can he actually kick on in one last tournament? It would need to be someone like Potter otherwise, and I doubt he'd be ready to win the Euros in 18 months.
Guaranteed the FA are currently putting together a bumper contract extension until WC 2038 in case he's contemplating leaving after yesterday's exit.
Once again his in game decisions were sub standard Saka off whilst he’s playing well We need a goal…Maddison/Wilson…both in form for their clubs…attackers on the bench but he preferred to throw on jet lagged Sterling He’s a ****in clown who cant even utilise a squad…just has a favourite 14 players and churns them out. This guy will blow our golden generation like Martinez did with Belgium if we not careful
The ball from Kane's penalty is scheduled to splash down in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Baja California Sunday around 12:40 p.m. EST (1740 GMT). You can watch live coverage of the reentry at Space.com courtesy of NASA, or directly via the space agency. Coverage will start at 11 a.m. EST (1600 GMT). The ball had slipped into lunar orbit minutes after the penalty was taken and exited lunar orbit this morning. The ball will hit Earth's atmosphere over the Pacific Ocean at about 12:20 p.m. EST (1720 GMT) on Sunday while traveling 25,000 mph (40,000 kph). This tremendous speed will generate a lot of friction; it will have to handle temperatures up to 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit (2,800 degrees Celsius) — about half as hot as the surface of the sun. The ball will bounce off the upper atmosphere like a rock skipping across the surface of a pond
I do agree, definitely. I just don't want the FA to start going foreign again just yet (Poch and Tuchel) and I see the likes of Potter being a long term thing. Euros in 18 months, might just be better that this wet lettuce stays and hopefully learns from some daft mistakes. Although, he probs won't.

Back to normal after a month of just watching one full England game for me and some highlights. it’s been a brilliant break from the monotony of crushing Everton performances. But on the plus side, the bloke who does the Nunez songs will be back, they are cringe as ****.
Potter wouldn't do it at international level, needs a lot of time to get players playing the way he wants, he's not going to get that because he'll only have them for 2 weeks at a time before they go back to their clubs. Howe would be the better bet of the 2, but I'm not in a rush to boot out the best manager we've had for a long time, a QF, SF & Final in his 3 outings, and we just played the world champions and looked the better team.
I don't know Ern, as long as we accept this sort of thinking we'll never win anything. We are capable of playing better, beating anyone and winning a tournament with the squad we have now.
Out - but I think he’ll stay. Sound fella and deserves credit for the squad harmony but a **** tactician with poor in-game management. I’d happily keep him as part of the coaching set up if he were willing to stick around. Clearly has the respect of the players but I’d rather a manager who’d be able to coach and manage them better. He’s basically to England what Martinez was to Belgium. This team’s done well despite him, not because of him.
The question is, if he goes, where will he end up? I can’t see many top clubs sniffing around him. That to me tells you that he isn’t the right man to push on with arguably our strongest squad in a lifetime. Built some good foundations, but time for someone to take us to the next level.
The England squad is jam packed with quality Would liken it to the City squad in terms of depth in quality imagine City offering Gareth a job jeez
