The defence around the time of the second goal was ****, let a player free really close in with defenders just stood around. First time got away with it with Pickford's save but not the second time. Didn't take great play to score there.

Matched them yet beaten by a bit of bottle and experience. I'd now back France for the title. After Brazil went out you'd probably back the winner from tonight as favourite. I'm coming late to the party, but I thought we were the better team. France found a way to win so I'll doff my cap. We came from behind bossed the second half. The game turned on just a few moments, Sako was fouled they broke and scored. A superb cross from Griesman and Giroud's header is, I believe, deflected off Harry's shoulder upper arm. Then Kane over thinks the penalty. The last chance in extra time ( there's always one last chance) and Rashford's free kick scrapes over the bar. Oh and don't expect a card from the ref this Christmas he gave us nothing. Ha ha, I was thinking the same thing earlier tonight, although I don’t think I cried I just fell out with my mother (German) for taking the mickey after they won.
