We'd survive - players come and go, the club survives. Naturally I don't want to lose anyone out of the squad (although there are a couple I'd gladly move on)

As I’ve said before - a “decision” on whether Stewart or Pritch or anyone won’t be made at a board meeting. A direction of travel might be. But we alone can’t decide a player is leaving.

Nothing is decided until it’s signed. Until then anybody in the transaction can change their mind.

The club is showing forward planning in all kinds of things ...

... I'm confidentv we're looking at not only this window but the next.

Many people predicted Stewart would've already been gone, wouldn't sign anyone last window and would be in a relegation scrap.

I'm not concerned about the club.

i think he is one of the ones away NOT A FACT.
Get that, but he is still a director, with a substantial shareholding.

You have to wonder how he dares show his face after the lying, the joke he made us. So he puts his hand in his pocket? So what? How dare he turn up and attempt to cling onto our coat tails

Bob, he's not a director of the club, he has a shareholding but he is not a registered director that can make any decisions

Yes he has 19% shares, Sartori has 30% and KLD has 51% so I wouldn't consider he has a substantial shareholding and he can't do anything without KLD's support.

he’s not a director. He has no say in the running of the club unless the shareholding agreement says he does. But governance-wise he has no vote on the board

We shall overcome, we always have and always will because we are SAFC . If they want to leave somewhere where they are revered let them , I am sure that KLD and Speakman will be aware and have contingency plans in place unlike previous management structures , the current regime is unlike anything we have had in recent years we have to trust them - I know one thing I Do !!!

What sort of fee would we be looking at for Pritchard? He signed here on a free. A good solid player at this level. 29 years old. I’m not sure where we’d value him at…

Bob, he isn't a director and has no rights or say in the running of the club.

Sorry mate but that's a fact.

I might have shares in Amazon but I don't have any influence and my packages are still left on my doorstep in the rain.

Then I think that falls in to 'need'. But I guess you knew that.

The ownership structure have set in place a structure for on field activities that have us heading in the right direction. Considering the huge shift in strategy, or at least the introduction of a strategy with recruitment they have smashed it out of the park and are well ahead of what many thought possible at this point.

Mid table is fine, a great achievement even. But let's be honest, there haven't been many/any teams this season that have looked a huge step above where we are, even with our injuries. I'm aware most teams would be higher in the league according to their fans if it wasn't for this decision or that injury. But we are just outside the playoffs having played most of the season without RS and BD. If we aren't looking at top 6 now I give up, but this group are looking at that no doubt. They just won't bet the house on it. And that's exactly the hands I want this club to be in.

As for Donald, I don't care he's still here. He can't materially influence any part of the club. He never had the best interests of the club at heart, but then how many owners do. He had a once in a lifetime chance to own a club like ours, rolled the dice, brought a t#at with him and failed. But we ended up in good hands in the end
