    A brilliant era when winning silverware was the ultimate aim. Winning the fa cup was as good as winning the league and every team in top two divisions had a chance. For so many fans these days, that ambition is gone and avoiding relegation is the new holy grail] sadly. For me, teams treating cups as an u21 run out is inexcusable. What comes next. Handpick league games to play u21s against strongest teams to avoid injuries. Surely not
