Hip injury has been touted, but nothing confirmed. Seems odd, perhaps a similar situ to Josh Emmanuel here?

I bought a pair of compression sock thingys from Boots and they helped a lot. I could actually stand up and walk while wearing them - as opposed to the agonising hobbling about when you get up from your chair. Caused by a new pair of shoes that had very stiff soles. Took a long while to calm down but ok now, some days I can feel the individual tendons complaining a bit but nothing like it was when it was bad.

Vale and Simons just can't make the 18.

I think people forget just how young they are

Fleming didn't make the bench either today

Salah, Allahyar and Tetteh are due back after the World Cup and should be alright for Watford, barring any setbacks. Traore should be back in the new year.

If all 3 are back for Watford it'll be interesting to see who misses out on being in the 18.

I bought a pair of Skechers Arch Fit trainers, Skechers Flip Flops (can walk miles in them, so comfortable) for summer and some fancy arch support inserts (from Pavers) for other shoes. I alternate wearing them, sometime wearing normal footwear for a couple of hours and do the golf ball rolling under my feet. Not fully cured but improving and makes the condition manageable.

Plantar fasciitis - it took me about 5months to find the best exercise then it went pretty quickly - stand on the edge of your stair toes and foot pad only - keep your legs straight and slowly lower your weight and hold for ten secs repeat as many as you can do maybe twice a day . It stretches your calves and Achilles - I tried lots of other poor suggestions

Air drying is more hygienic than using a towel to dry. Can't transfer germs from the teatowell onto the clean dishes.

If God had meant for men to wash and dry crockery he wouldn’t have let someone invent dish washing machines.
I can remember those awful days before we had one. Shudder…
