Oh I’m not saying it’s wrong, in fact overall it’s being very effective
I know **** all about football anyway
It just worries me when we’re playing short balls in our own 6 yard box, and it still seems to me they look like their best chance would be if we **** one up or someone slips

Second goal needed to settle the nerves...otherwise, one defensive slip up in playing out and they are in

We've had 3 really good chances, the goal, Doc deflected shot and longman's missed header. The oppo don't look great, but we've been needing to create more chances all season. Great first half, hopefully we can start the 2nd the same way, with an early goal <cheers>

Whilst I am unimpressed with Baxter this season his team mates have to give him more options when he has the ball at his feet.

There was a weird moment when a defender had the ball at his feet right near to him and was getting pressured by attackers from behind and Baxter could have just dived on it. He didn't and the defender had to desperately turn and hit it to the side.

He shouldn't, he's been brought up on this type of football

Well, what a mixed bag. Some fantastic moments, along with some p1ss poor passing! This passing around the back baffles. We are the much better team. If we do not win this, it’s a travesty.

Oh and I’ve said before, if we were 2/3-0 up, this would be perfect football. But we are not.

Best team by a country mile first half, I wasn’t at all nervous before kick off, usually a good sign for us but **** me bringing it out from the back scares the **** out o me. He seems to come in for a lot of stick but tonight slater is my MOTM first half along with pelkas. Seri has been very good as has doc. Why o why do strikers always try and put too much power behind a header, from 5 yards just guide the bastard…. We score next and I think we could get 3/4 tonight….

Decent half, apart from the misplaced passes at the back. I thought we played some good football but need to be more positive up front. New manager, new style and there are going to be bumps in the road but so far so good.

Second half their manager will have told them to press the defensive pass.... that'll work two ways, they'll get something from it or it'll leave space behind... Tufan on for Longman for me...

Quite impressed with Rosenior's new philosophy of keeping clean sheets.

They can’t score if we have the ball. If we started just launching it they would get more of the ball and build pressure.

We need to be brave to play this style of football but it looks good and we have them at arms length (think Tyson Fury jabbing his opponent from a distance who can’t lay a finger on him).

Interesting as he was saying in the post match interview how Roseniors system will suit him down to the ground, looks the complete opposite today

If he doesn't have an option then he has another,... he doesnt need to make suicide passes just to please the manager... unfortunately distribution isn't his strong point...
