After years of being short, we are suddenly overloaded in central midfield. Hope Michu gets a run, but this is his 2nd injury so I have concerns about his durability Matete has been a surprise - I didn't see him getting game time this season
Evans' fitness is an issue. I guess Mowbray is protecting him and sees Michu as long term successor but is easing him in gently
Mowbray mentioned 'fatigue' when Cirkin and Roberts got injured so if he thinks Evans needs a break to avoid this then I hope he does rest him to avoid a longer term muscle injury.

Bringing on Ba and Neil for Evans and Embo was a huge call. It paid off, we looks far more mobile with these 2 on the pitch
It will come second half of this season in my opinion. Mowbray reminds me of Reid. I wouldnt be surprised at all if we put a 15 game run together that nobody can live with.
I am with you mate. His awareness and physicality has improved 100%. I have always seen him as deep lying playmaker, the way he shows and receives is magic and his vision is next level. I reckon Amad lacks game awareness, and needs work, for Neil that is a natural ability. He scans and predicts so well. This year he has become that disruptive player as well, someone learning to smell danger. He still has loads to learn, but the ceiling is massive and we need to remember he is one of our owns - deserves more time and support. He is the one.
