The fact that he only played 20 minutes isn't a good sign that he's ready to start. Probably another 30 minute run out before looking to start him for the first 60 after that.
Seen the same tbf looks absolute quality and he will be a big player for the back end of the season imo
I think we'll be ok in that respect - games like today, Wigan and Watford show that we have fight in the team. Get the quality back in and we'll be OK. Top of the bottom half should be the aim - I always knew that talk of play offs was fanciful
Last time we were in this division we had almost zero quality (Grabban and McGeady) and absolutely ZERO fight. This squad has far more quality and bucketloads of fight. It won't be pretty at times, but I have no concerns at all
We looked a totally different team when he came on - a focal point in attack, an out ball and someone to hold up play. He HAS to start Tuesday and let's start winning some ****ing games
Maybe, I was thinking that with him not being out for too long and it being more of a comfort/pain issue than anything serious he should be back starting. Sixty minutes should be possible he doesn't have to chase everything down.
If he starts on Tuesday he'll be playing on his own because we play Huddersfield on Wednesday 2nd of nov!!
Be tempted to play him as a 10 on Tuesday. Pritchard is offering nothing at the moment and maybe needs a spell out the team Patterson O'Nien Wright Batth Cirkin Embleton Evans Roberts Diallo Clarke Simms
Simms has to start rather take him off cause he is tired after 30 minutes than give him the last 30 minutes! He will last longer than that but you get my point
