Daft as it sounds, I think it makes it easier.
Means if you get a yellow, you have to use it in the next words....or can't forget to use it in my case.

Now't, the middle Hughie, three Hughies leaving a choice of two . . . . par four for me 
Annoying 5. 3 greens on 3. 4 greens on 4 which I thought was a definite. It wasn't.
A steady 4 here this morning…
A rather disappointing 5. Could have been three but I went for a more complicated option.
Lost 4-5 here.
