It just says abuse on the Club's official website but apparently someone from the supporters trust says it was homophobic? just to clarify, there's no need for any of our players to take abuse, homophobic or otherwise but the HDM seem to have pounced on this in lightning fashion.

The HDM pouncing on something negative about City was depressingly predictable. Fans abusing their own players at any time is disgraceful. Abusing them when you have won away from home makes you wonder about the mentality of them.
The general gist from their forum is they're expecting to beat us (who can blame them), they think Eaves will score and they want away fans kept behind after games (**** that, got a train to catch)
Agreed. Though I wouldn’t be as happy with a point. Even though we are away, I think this is one for us to go for the win.
I think beating Blackpool as given everyone a big lift, I also think we play played them at the right time with their suspensions ECT and we made the most of it. However I'm looking at the overall picture and it's one away win all season so to me if we came away from here with a point then it builds the belief that we are competing again. Yes three points would be fantastic and hopefully your right but I certainly think its going to be a lot more difficult than the other night.
I'd be happy to avoid defeat in this , would keep the positivity going rather than just winning a game and then losing the next one
This is something we've failed to do often enough over the last few years. We either play really well and win or we lose. Very few draws every year since McCann first took over. Tight games are invariably defeats. Even in League One, we won a lot of course but we lost a lot too, and to some very poor sides. I think back to our successful teams under Bruce and Phil Brown and we'd go and grind out draws away from home all the time. We could do to get that tenacity back. Obviously winning is best, but we need to be able to pick up results here and there from tight games if we want to be at the right end of the table. To be fair we did do it in the first couple of weeks of this season at Burnley and Preston but since then it's been back to the chaotic, **** or bust pattern.
I listened to sports talk today from last nights programme, and credit to the guy from HCST who reported what happened. However, he said he didn't say anything or look who it was because he was a lone in that area. I think if I had been in his position I would have clocked who it was and made sure they were reported.
I expect Rotherham to press us more, and a tougher game. Hopefully the defensive injuries start clearing up and give us more choice there. Elder may be ready for this game.
Always thought Eaves offered a lot to be honest! He may not have been technically brilliant, but he was certainly a presence and a team player. I’m actually hoping he’s on the bench!
Back in the latter days of the Kempton a group of lads were giving our players grief. A poster on here told them to shut the **** up and get behind the team. One of them said **** off old man or we’ll fill you in and took a swing at him. Next thing the lad was propelled backwards minus some front teeth. His mates all went very quiet.
