Doc's goal aside... I screamed hit it, just as he hit it...!!!!.... you have to be delighted with the application and performance from all... I dont know if anyone was at fault for their goal, but as it stands who cares.... Come on City see it through. The good news is, we have a bench..
Great half but strong wind - we sort of took advantage of it in patches and deservedly 2 1 in front - the result of this game will depend on whether Blackpool do better playing with the wind than we did
The Docherty shot reminded me of the one he hit in the side netting (against Birmingham?) but this was possibly a little further out and more central. I expect most longer shots to go over the bar like Pelkas earlier. Hopefully we pick up were we left off next half, Blackpool are certainly letting us play.

Talking of Docherty and Greaves had a few quid left in my Ladbrokes account so thought .I would have a bet on player to score and win, lose and draw. Was going to go for Longman and Docherty but went for the miracle of Greaves scoring because with odds boost he was 190/1, 145/1 and 80/1 and thought I would have Alfie Jones as he had long odds as well.
Its funny because we've been talking about not getting that bit of luck and then all of a sudden we get one where it hits Longman and goes in and a rocket from Doch. The last few games we've been better without a doubt, and the team Daws went with is working so far
Not the prettiest of halves football wise, but at least they look workmanlike. Great goal from the Doc at a good time just before the break.
These pass the ball about well but are no great shakes, Oscar coming on will frighten the life out of those central defenders lol
They looked more dangerous on their right and that's where the goal came from. Our goal got scrambled home, but it looked like we had a player who was getting strangled in the box, hopefully we get those kind of pens sometime as well.
