the referee declared conflicts is always interesting as they rule themselves out of the big finals.

    Referee & Club supported
Martin Atkinson Leeds United (was put on man utd games to annoy ferguson)
    Stuart Attwell Luton Town
    Peter Bankes Unknown
    John Brookes Unknown
    David Coote Unknown
Mike Dean Tranmere Rovers not allowed ref too many of our games or the derby.
    Darren England Barnsley
Kevin Friend Bristol City and Leicester City (WTF)
    Jarred Gillett Unknown
    Tony Harrington Hartlepool
    Simon Hooper Swindon Town
    Rob Jones Unknown
    Andy Madley Huddersfield Town
    Andre Marriner Aston Villa
    Jon Moss Sunderland
    Michael Oliver Newcastle United
    Craig Pawson Sheffield United
    Michael Salisbury Unknown
    Graham Scot Swindon Town
    Anthony Taylor Altrincham (total lies)
Paul Tierney Wigan Athletic (total lies)

There's too many "unknowns" for my liking in there bu tthe younger ones ae all playing the game trying to get to league cup, fa cup finals, european games etc. you have to be on the big gaes to get tha exposure.

See my comment above - he's only given one free kick for a foul on Salah in the last four games he's refereed us v city.

They may be unknown to us but every ref has to declare their supportership to their Association who are obligated to make sure they aren't given games of 'their' club or conflict of interest like Newcastle supporting Oliver should never be given a Sunderland game. It doesn't, of course, legislate for a refs biases.

Not difficult to lie though, like Taylor's done

This was a graph produced by a data analyst using FBRef.com to show which attacking players got most decisions in their favour in relation to number of touches in attacking areas per 90 minutes. (Don’t mistake the graph for a football pitch and areas on the pitch, it’s purely a graph. Read the titles running along the axes). The bigger the circle, the more free kicks won. You can see that Grealish is way out in front for decisions per minutes played. Where do you think Salah sits on the graph?

You removed Salah or was he just not on it? He'll obviously be bottom left somewhere

Salah has been removed. Do you mean bottom right because all those left of the middle blue line win the most fouls.

Was reading that earlier. Essentially Salah andonky Salah is not getting free kicks. The City game showed that bias perfectly.

That graph is for 19/20 but the graph for 20/21 is exactly the same. Interestingly, Jota on that graph was at Wolves and won a lot of free kicks. Guess what happened to his fouls won when he moved to Liverpool. You can't argue with the facts.

I found it in the FA Handbook under sanctions for breaking rule E3.

Perhaps they decided not to charge him specifically for the card and have fallen back on things he said afterwards.
Rule E3 only seems to cover media comments, so I don't really understand it - but it's the FA, who knows what goes on in their tiny minds?
