Off Topic Non-Sunderland games

Thought they were terrible! Played so little football and long ball game. But everyone will forget that.. we played a very similar game at Anfield and were slated for it. Liverpool have been lauded for it. They were very similar to Wigan yesterday. Long ball and hope (except the goal which, to be fair, was an exceptional pass from Allison)

I thought they created better chances than City on the whole. I also think their long balls had a purpose. No style of football is "bad". Liverpool saw Man City's weaknesses down the flanks with the high back line and played purposefully to exploit it.
