Good luck with your recovery urika. Sounds like you had a lucky escape. I went to hull royal at the request of my g.p. only to find i was actually undergoing a heart attack. I had pains now and then, but didn't ever realise it was that serious. That was over 4 years ago and no problems since, so listen to the advice and I'm sure you will be fine.
Retirement is absolutely fantastic. But you do need to get plenty of walking in. I've lost a stone in weight in the last six months
Just seen this, really pleased you are through it, after today’s defeat something like this shows what’s so important. Glad for yourself and your family after a very worrying time for you all.
Castle hill. Diagnosed that i had sleep apnea and gave me a machine. I was knackered before and always tired. Not now .so if any of you have a sleep apnea problem, but won't have a machine to help with it, then my advice is to give it a go. It may well change your life for the better
If you come under Castle Hill for sleep apnea you are fortunate as it is the leading place for dealing with sleep apnea. I come under them for this but have to go to Scarborough Hospital when I have had breathing and heart problems. People in that area have great difficulty getting CPAP machines given to them.
