The stewards are all the way down the aisle ways not just at the top.Look on YouTube and you can see worse things happening at loads of grounds were there is just one aisleway of segregation without lines of stewards between sections of home fans Why a line of stewards between N3 and N4? The stewards aren’t doing anything anyway, they are just stood there and depart after 80 minutes. Away fans throw things. Smoke bombs came out of the away sections at the Bristol and Sheff Utd games. Why aren’t there lines of stewards in the aisleway between their sections?
Huddersfield 2 Hull City 3 I think we’ll give away two sloppy goals (as usual) but we will look the better side and be good going forward. I think Christie is much more of a presence on that right wing, even if his end product isn’t the best. Pelkas will score again. Estupinan tap in and a Greaves header late on to win it. Happy days.
A great excuse to bring this back up. I know we're the butt of the joke, but it's still as funny as ****. http://www.htfc-world.com/reports/Hull/hull151103.htm It even laughs at HDM
The people in the control room just have to look out of the window in front of them. I'm not in the North Stand so have no idea if people are throwing things but in general most of the stewards have no idea at all what they're supposed to be doing.
They didn’t seem to notice Millwall fans in front of them ripping up seats and throwing them. Neither did the police as there were no arrests of Millwall fans but over 20 of City fans reacting to objects being thrown at them. Much made of a couple of smoke bombs this year but no mention of them being thrown by away fans by our hysterical local media and police.
I'm not far from straight under the control room. I've never known anything thrown from where we are tbh Maybe closer to away fans if anything did happen
I dreamt last that greave’s scores a header but there is a bit off discussion about it being an own goal. Dream had a good ending though as it was given to him, no ****ing idea if we won just greaves scoring was all I remember…..
Remember that game and that funny piss take. And a reminder at the end that the HDM has always been inept despite some misguided people thinking they do a great job.
You had me believing until the Greaves header malarky. Should have read through all the replies before posting.
Wasn't that the game Peter Taylor chose to be away with England Under 21's instead of being with City? A decision that weighed heavily against him when he was eventually sacked.
Of course, you will be correct, I bow to your superior knowledge. He was actually interviewed for the Charlton job without informing Pearson, that caused a rift and after that he was a dead man walking.
