I hear we're practicing Line outs like in rugby. Ferdinand and Betty will be grabbing SWP shorts and lifting him up to nut it in.

Without wishing to prompt too much optimism.....

I had an email, from a friend this morning, that suggests that initial enquiries about Jermaine have already taken place.

Make of that what you will.....

I'm oblivious to the bullets, these days, Lone, but thanks for the warning.

My source knows Cerny....I cannot say whether this is the route of the information, as I don't know.

Plus Drogba, then we don't need the rugby line outs

We need a creative midfielder too, if Adel can't do PL. Modric can :)

No, just dreaming of Modric and Drogba, though I'm not sure Drogba is totally out of our reach. Who could replace Adel 's creativity, but with consistency and could just be attracted to us?

He's got his 20 for the season so why not spread his wings for a bit?

Seriously, wouldn't ever say no to Defoe - exactly what we need in terms of a proven scorer who consistently knows where the bottom corner is.

Can't believe we're in a position to think about such players.

This would be....well don't think I can say anything that hasn't already been said.
Wow if our owner's are willing to spend this sort of money, this is great, after all those years of "poverty" in football terms at least,
this is just a dream, that I for one never thought I'd see at QPR.
Thankyou TF,AB,Mr. Mittal and the other investors

Doesn't appear this pair took advantage of their opportunity to perform in Spurs 1-0 loss this evening:-

"At the other end, Jermain Defoe and Roman Pavlyuchenko were struggling to get into the game......Tottenham did have a sniff of goal when Defoe's drilled cross just eluded his strike partner at the far post...."

Or our other target Bassong for that matter:-

"Bassong's poor control led to him fouling Ryazantsev and conceding a free-kick right on the edge of the area.
This time Cudicini was left helpless when Natcho stepped up to expertly curl the ball into the top corner."

If we can get a player of Defoe's class onboard I'm sure others will follow. I see Johnson was on target again last night, just to be talking about players of this quality coming to us is almost unheard of, as Fatboy Slim said "We've come a long way baby"...

Defoe or Pav, any of them will do and is much better than our current crop of forwards!
