3 points against an average team I thought. Bad news with Willock going off with a hamstring and Seny not kicking. Chris walking about strapped up.at the end.

Big, big win. Thought our play was a bit sloppy overall but the defending was immense. Dunne, Balagoun and Field were absolute monsters tonight.

Fingers crossed Willock isn't out for too long.

They all did well. Luke was solid, tiring in the second half, so good decision to take him off, and Iroegbunam's fresh pace and energy was needed for the last twenty minutes.

    Fantastic win.
We defended brilliantly, with Dunne, Balogan and Field absolutely immense.

They never really looked like scoring in those last 20 minutes.
World class save from Dieng too.

    Micky Beale you beauty.

    You Rrrss!!

Yeowwww ! What a win, ****ing fantastic. That 2nd galf was heroic, defending like we haven't seen for years from our boys. Bodies thrown in the way and players running to a standstill. The mighty Willock does his thing and its 3 more points in the bag. Absolutely gutted if he's done hamstring again, will be huge loss. We have to try and fund a way without him if it's a bad one again. Spirit and confidence will be monstrous now, let's go and annihilate those fake ****ers now. Npuse here now is incredible, brilliant stuff. Let's make a row at headquarters and give the boys even more belief ! Beale your a superstar.

Well I'm enjoying this, winding up the Sheffield lot in the stadium bar.
Had a sneaky feeling we would nick that. It looked at times lethargic in the 1st half but could quite easily been tactical, slowing their momentum down. A bit of energy and a bit of class and we go 1 up. Thought going defensive with the subs, whilst we were on top was dodgy but Balogun and Dunne were excellent. 2 sheff lads with me were raving about Dunne especially. My man of the match has to be Field though. He gets everywhere, never pulls out of a challenge, works his socks off, covers positions, basically does all the dirty work.

Just waiting for Mcall to come in to the lounge, going to wind him up as he was my old boss at Bradford City. He will definitely bite.

At HT I said that I wouldn't be devastated if this match ended in a tie as long as we won on Friday. It didn't. Thos was much better. I still want a win on Friday night

Average team ? Are you for real. Look at the table, we made them look average and ride our luck. Some of their movement 1st half was different class. We haven't defended like we have since Balogun cane in for years. This league is wide open and we have as good a chance as most, only thing to end us as always are the injuries. We know what happened when Willock got injured last season, we can't let it happen again. Beale will know this and others have to step up to the mark. Don't forget Richards hasn't played a game yet so who knows what he might bring. Enjoy the moment , its all rosy at the moment. We have a team giving their all out there, and as lovely as the results are that's all I ever ask. Is that positive enough for everyone ? :emoticon-0100-smile
