2 shakes and a meal a day... Jesus. That'd absolutely do my nut in. I exercise pretty hard, but eat tons... started eating a load of old ****e later on a night too in the past 6-8 months. Sweets / chocolate - I blame the kids and my complete lack of willpower. Always bloody starving. Could be in much better shape if I cut some of that crap out. Oh, and supped a bit less. Also, if I ate a lot less off the BBQ.
This is the thing feeling hungry is always the issue whether you eat or don't... I just had a 14 inch pizza and chips because its been a month since I ate anything that's touched the sides... I don't know how anyone avoids it every now and then.
