We’ve gone from a team last season that was lacking in quality but worked hard for each other and McCann (for all his faults). This season we’ve got a squad with more talent and quality but lacking in cohesion and determination. Lot of big time Charlies on massive wages not earning their crust. Seri looks like he’s regretting not going to the Middle East. Tufan only moves quicker than a light jog when we’ve got the ball. Figueiredo is one of the worst centre-halves we’ve had in the last decade. Manager seems like a nice bloke but there’s clearly a communication issue and he’s just not up to the job.

Acun’s dream is fast becoming an embarrassing nightmare.

 

Are we now in a vertical descent that is even steeper and faster than the Grant & Cliff horror show?

You can run through Seri and Slater with pure ease.

Seri desperately needs someone alongside him to do all the dirty work. But from what I've seen, he's looking a bit of a dud. He's getting caught way too often, and it's stopping us from playing Tufan deeper and Pelkas more central.

Yeh the whole talk of the balance being off is wrong, that would suggest we tip too far in one direction. We are poor in defence and attack. I still have the same belief in the players that I did at the start of the season but confidence is low and whatever Shotas ideas are do not work with this team.

 

New enthusiastic owner and a breath of fresh air. The fans love The Big Turk but 15 new players or not this team is bloody poor and is sliding backwards at an alarming rate. I never want managers sacked after less than quarter of a season but looking at those players today you have to suspect some of them shouldn’t be here.

 

It’s safe to say a back 4 hasn’t worked too well either.

The midfield is definitely unbalanced. They’re okay on the ball but absolute dogshit off the ball.

It's how he's been played too. The midfield balance is off and the 3 goals today all game from individual errors

 

we may have some very gifted players with the ball

but through coaching,no chemistry or whatever, we have no organization

and any succesful championship teams first and foremost are incredibly well organized, drilled and as a unit
everything we lack

it's why every team is ripping us apart, the only option now is a new manager to try and implent some type of strategy, whatever shota and his staff are doing, it's not working, be that players or not, the one constant you can change is the management
