    I work for a bank and we have had global comms through about an hour ago that if the funeral is on a work day (ie the Monday), then we will have the day off. Also dodged a bullet as there was a meeting being planned again in the US that I really didn't want to go to (a 3 day meeting and practically a day each side travelling) and can now get out of as the global comms said that UK employees have 7 days mourning and not to travel or go to meetings unless really necessary. Every cloud and all that.

    I had tickets for this weekend, first time in twenty years I would have been able to go to a match.
