Haaland up front, Robertson at LB and Van Djik at CB yes we might have won but we haven’t got them.

The coach decided on the signings, he played Joffy, he picked Llorente previous weeks everyone has sung Struijks praise defeat today was down to Jesse his selection, his subs, his tactics
Hang on a minute. Who can legislate for llorente almost single handedly destroying our Defence and bamford with miss if season from a foot out. Lorentz is fast becoming a liability. Can’t put the entire result on Marschs shoulders. Almost every fans been calling for Joffy to start and he’s offering little

The coach can only wirk with what he has. The club has failed to invest up front and left back.

Chill out guys.

Meslier - 6. Left exposed by our lack of centre halves. Still pulled off a couple of saves. Went wandering for Toneys third but other than that the fault lies elsewhere.

Dramah - 6. Certainly no worse than Kristensen.

Koch - 4. Dominated in every area. Partnership with Llorente hit a new low after showing improvements recently.

Llorente - 0. Where to start. Cheap free kicks. Lost every battle. Dithered on the ball and cost us the 5th. Didn't sweep behind Koch for the 4th. Distribution awful. Should not be anywhere near the team next game after his recent performances.

Struijk - 7. Was solid and has grown in to the left back position really well. Good in possession.

Adams - 7. Kept possession well. Broke up play. Decent game.

Roca - 8. Was on it today. Played through the lines well. Long passing was good. Scored a goal and had chances to get others. Man of the match for us.

Aaronson - 6. Usual effort levels from the American. Not much end product in the last two games but it will come.

Harrison - 8. Only played 1st half. Injured? Was our best player when he was on. Need to get him and Bamford on the pitch together.

Sinisterra - 7. Fairly quiet but provided another moment of brilliance to get his goal. Once he gets up to full match fitness this lad will be our best player.

Gelhardt - 6. Linked up well 1st half, couple of half chances which he was unlucky with. Dropped deeper 2nd half and linked well with Bamford before coming off.

Subs.

Bamford - 5. Our only true no.9 and it helped the team with him on the pitch. Hit the corner flag with a 1v1 and missed an open goal from 5 yards out. Frustrating as ever. Same old Bamford.

Summerville - 7. Should have had a penalty (or at least a free kick) but not looked at. Nearly had another penalty but deemed outside of the area. Looked confident, skinned his man a couple of times. More to come from this fella.

Klich - 6. Didn't have the desired impact on the game.

Greenwood - 6. Couldn't really get a grip of the midfield even with fresh legs.

Ayling - 7. Still looks the best RB at the club. Did really well on only minimal training.
Got to ask the question is Llorente playing this bad on purpose?.

FCK, i wish i never read this thread, to catch up with the score :headbang:, on the other hand if i didn't i was going to watch it on MOTD tonight <yikes>, and that would be worse, at least i won't have to witness that now. From what your all saying Lorente was once again hopeless, and once again poor finishing, although we do seem to score, but defending any attack seems to be a major problem atm, something which marsche urgently needs to address somehow.
I see goals scored 10 Which is not bad, but goals against 10 which is poor, so it's obvious where our problems lie.
So their goes our healthy goal difference, C'MON MARSCHE SORT IT OUT. As i also thought i had seen the last of those spankings.

We didn't deserve the 5-2. Its harsh.

The first one is not and never has been a penalty.

The 2nd is a great free kick and he won't hit one like that again all season.

I genuinely don't think we were bad today (apart from Llorente). Thought we created more chances than they did. I also think the ref gives them plenty of decisions to help them out at key moments.

I don't think it's a penalty, and if it is then surely Summerville should have one 2nd half.

We had more possession, more shots, more corners and we certainly had a **** load of bad luck.

Brentford had one of those days where every bounce went their way, every decision and everything they hit went in. I genuinely believe on another day we come away with an away win.

Llorente needs dropping next game. He started this season in dreadful form and cost us 2 or 3 goals today.

Bad result but decent performance apart from Llorente (who needs melting down for glue the ****).

Other than what I've said earlier. Couple of other things to add.
Marsch was very unprofessional today, I know he loves the Leeds passion but like Orta, he thinks being a nob adheres you to the faithful but it doesn't.
Have we got any u21 games coming up, if Cooper ain't fit, the we need to give Hjelde a run out at LB for them, then he can play there against Forest and move Struijk to partner Koch. It can't be any worse than keeping g Llorente in there. I really don't like slagging individual players off and don't look for scapegoats but he's been unbelievably poor all season.

Mate I was complaining about Llorente last season, I think he is dire. Scroll back through my posts, I’ve even said I think Ayling will play CB when he returns.

I’d have put the priority this season on a striker to replace Bamford, I’ve said numerous times we destroyed Joffy last season. I’d play Joffy ahead of James up front yes but we should have better options and fans are only calling for him to start out of desperation.

Bamford has always missed sitters, he will continue to miss them, when you exit a transfer window spending £96m on players it’s at your feet

Exactly this.

Llorente puts us under pressure dawdling on the ball. Brentford are good at set pieces. 50 seconds in Llorente dawdles on the ball and Toney charges down his attempted pass. That set the tone. Couple of minutes later, despite Marsch talking all week about set pieces, he gets man handled by the Milky bar kid playing up front and wrestles him to the ground. Dangerous free kick conceded.

Moving on to the goals, he gets nutmegged for Toneys third. He doesn't sweep behind Koch as he and Toney challenge for a header (which Toney has dominated all game) but Mbuemo does anticipate it and he goes through one v one and scores for Brentfords 4th. He gets caught in possession 30 yards from his goal trying a Cryuff turn leaving Meslier exposed for the 5th.

That's 3 goals he is fully or partly at fault for. An absolute horror show from Llorente and that's after being at fault for Evertons goal the other night and turning his back to the ball when he has a simple header for an equaliser at Brighton.

He's a liability and has cost us too many times. He MUST be dropped immediately.

Wish I hadn’t come on here to catch up but as someone has already said won’t be watching the embarrassment on match of the day
Was hoping for a draw not a 5-2 thrashing
Forest is a must win game otherwise we are without doubt relegation fodder
Don’t blame the ref every week the true blame lies with the manager(Mr Jesse Marsch) and that other useless wage thief Mr Victor Orta
