Now the transfer deadline has passed and Dieng, Chair and Willock are still on the books, I am particularly optimistic. Not just the results, but also the dominant displays and attacking football were so good to see in the last two games. Now, as is always the challenge, we need to maintain it against a Swansea side who, since their first day win against Blackpool, have drawn two and lost two. They sit one place and one point outside the relegation zone, and probably hoped this season would see a turn in fortune, having finished 4th in 2020/21 then 15th in 2021/22. They've managed to keep hold of Obefemi and most importantly, top scorer from last year Piroe, so they'll be hoping their form improves. So, let's hope the same QPR side shows up to this game and really goes at them from the off. Getting a couple of goals as a cushion isn't something I've got used to as QPR fan, but it is splendid to see. Enjoy those who can make it, and as always...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!! Team News QPR: Tim Iroegbunam is in line to make his QPR debut after joining on loan from Villa. Tyler Roberts is pushing for a start after featuring for half an hour in midweek. Swansea: New signing Fin Stevens could make his debut after signing on loan from Brentford, while Ben Cabango returns to the squad after serving a one-game suspension. Pre-match Talk Mick Beale (QPR head coach): "We're delighted with the two results (Hull and Watford wins) we've picked up this week and it's important now that we quickly focus on Saturday's game at Swansea. "If your forwards are hot - which obviously Chris Willock and Ilias Chair have been in the past few games - it makes a hell of a difference. "That's been the key thing for us so far this season. Against Blackpool and Rotherham, we didn't take our chances. But against Middlesbrough, Watford and Hull we were ruthless in the penalty boxes and that's the difference. "I'm sure Russell Martin is thinking the same, because they're very good between both penalty boxes." Russell Martin (Swansea head coach): "We were frustrated to concede and only get a point [against Stoke in midweek] – but I think it was a really positive step for us heading into tomorrow’s game. "I’m sure QPR will be really positive and confident coming here. They’re finding their way with a new manager and some good players, especially at the top end of the pitch. "They’ve had some brilliant individual moments already this season and we’re aware of the threat. It'll be a good test for us and a good game."
I was a huge fan of Leighton James as a kid. Looking back I can’t believe he only wore the hoops 28 times. As a kid it was like he was there for years!

Despite their relatively lowly position and our winning streak (two on the bounce def a streak as far as QPR goes), the bookies favouring them for this one. Be amazing to make it three. However, it's not a place where we seem to do well.
