Why does a loan make no sense? He can't get into the team currently due to Pritchard's form, and him going on loan to another Championship team gives him game time and experience of the league we're in, and likely to be in next season when he'd be back.

Makes perfect sense to me.

Because to me he’s a part of our squad and even came off the bench last night so he’s valued as someone who can impact a game. Strengthening our rivals for a season where it’s still a mystery where we will finish just seems daft to me.
