    Just had a text exchange with a mate of mine who lives there.

    He's a talent but not a first team regular since Rodon joined. In and out. Says he is raw but has the physical attributes to be excellent and looked the real deal prior to injury and rotation.

    yeah, pretty sure it was 2 from prem and unlimited from other leagues. Now has been limited to 2 total, in part (I believe) to make it harder for clubs to hoard talent and just loan them out.
