He got Bournemouth promoted to the Premier League. He's the second manager in the club's history to do as well. If that's going about it in wrong way then I'm lost for words. If he's the wrong man to keep the club there then the club should had made a change in the summer. Dyche was available then. It sounds like he's taken Bournemouth as far as he could. A parting sounds the correct outcome.
Look I don’t condone it. But let’s all take a second to remember this magic moment of pure and utter class. Please like to your hearts content.
He's gone about this situation in the wrong way. I think the club respected the job he had done getting them up but in the end him and the ownership clearly can't work together for a difference of opinion following promotion to the prem. He seems to have let it impact his own performance too and thrown his toys out. The owners have backed the club, they bought loads of players in Jan to help get them over the line. They weren't really prem quality imo but clearly its worth it to get the bump in income even if they knew they would likely get relegated. Like I said it complicated for them to spend big as everyone expects which is what is needed to stay in the prem with their current squad.
