Morning all

Do we suddenly believe what Phil Hay reports?

I don't believe we have to sell in order to fund another incoming. Dan James has tons of Premier League experience and we are not going to sign anyone else with as much if we replace him.

Just bollocks to Phil Hay, I hope we sign someone now and don't sell James that would make Hay seem even more of a Muppet

That Fabrizii lad confirmed the Dan James story. Seldom wrong

Morning...

Yeah I don't believe what Hay has come out with. He's running this story for a 2nd time. He came up with this Bollocks a week or so ago.

Marsch has already said we're willing and active in looking for a new signing and Marsch has said this more than once.

This whole Leeds skint story started with David Ornstein at the Athletic and Hay just parroted it. Remember Radz gave Ornstein and Hay an exclusive a couple if weeks ago and Orrnstein now trying to get another by making shyt up, just like Hay did last season when he said 49ers are taking over ….. Radz tore Hay a new one.

As I have said before if you look at what we sold players for and what we spent on new players (simplistic as we dont know payment dates) but we made a profit of over £20m this summer, so haven't spent any money at all yet

Phil Hay reports nothing new any longer but with the story he's come out with here, he's the third journalist to report it now. I know he's only copying what he's heard but must be pretty confident in the other reporter to copy it.
Or he is just lazy and didn't want to do the work of making up something new:emoticon-0148-yes:

8:40am: Leeds United have no finances to seal new transfer before deadline, loans possible
WTF are we skint?:emoticon-0106-cryin

10:43am PSV Eindhoven 'fear' Cody Gakpo exit as Leeds United circle amid £34.1m transfer
Aaaa ok so we do have money:emoticon-0141-whew:

They are all contradicting themselves all the time:emoticon-0121-angry

I only believe it if it is official from the club:emoticon-0148-yes:
So would you believe everything from the club? Hmm, there's such a thing as spin on a story. Two bodies can put a very different look to same story. Hopefully won't matter tomorrow. Well have beaten Everton and our much desired striker will be winging his way to LS11

Let me put it this way. I don't see what the club have to gain by lying to the fans. It would only hurt the club and themselves in the end. So if they say they have tried to signed a striker or a LB, I have to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Yes we have to live in hope of a win against Everton and a incoming striker:emoticon-0148-yes::1980_boogie_down:

I think that if a decent 40m signing (that wants to join Leeds) is available, we'll gladly part with the money. Anyone who can score 15-20 gals in the Premier League is automatically a £30m+ player. It makes you think about how good Harrison is. We need to remember all ten of his goals last season, none of them were penalties. We need him to extend his contract.
