There's an entitlement to football fans which really puts me off. If there's no money to spend then so what? Make do and mend. Use what we have to the best of our ability. Why does it turn into a criticism of an owner? It'll be the same kind of people who think nothing of leveraging themselves up with debt for the sake of having the latest model Audi or Range Rover.
I would say its the reverse from whats been done so far. Those running footy are and continue to be played by players and agents who are getting moneys far in excess of what they are worth. 100's if not billions going out of the game for no financial return as most are close to going bust. We were part of it and some fans still don't get it that we were useless at it .. we should never return to the madness.
I'm pretty pissed off tbh. I was just getting the feelgood factor back,enjoying the way we play and looking forward to the season,with a bit of long awaited stability. I'm uninspired by Mogga,but,he has experience at this level,so we'll see how it goes. I'm fed up with hearing people on the radio talking about the circus that is Sunderland too.Everything gone quiet on the transfer front. Also,if our owners know sweet fa about footy,as Bob suggests,why did they get involved with it in the first place? I wish I could make sense of something...anything...at this club!

I think this idea that the owners don't know anything about football is a bit silly to be honest. The days when Len Shackleton's blank pages were accurate have gone, in my opinion. The Louis-Dreyfuss family were involved in Marseille for long enough for them to have acquired some knowledge and KLD himself studied sports and business management, with a particular focus on football. Also, he's done what any sensible business owner would do and surrounded himself with people who have relevant knowledge. I mean, what are the credentials of the people who are criticising them?
I do agree with sustainability. Just a balancing act I guess. However, you do have to be careful with it as it can lead to opportunities missed and good people not being retained.
Just cos a contract is imperfect it doesn’t give a manager a right to be disrespectful . It gives them an opportunity but he’s clearly a **** head.

I agree with this, I think certain people have been aware of him making maneuvers to get away. Everything happened so quick from both side, if itnis Mowbray which it looks like it will be he was there on Saturday 24hrs after AN asked to go to Stoke. I think we AN it more money was a big factor I don't think we can underestimate him getting back closer to his family.
This is the Bob who yesterday said he was good mates with Speakman, KLD and the other three (also chucked in Mcinnes as it was to backup why he could get away with suggesting him tk Speakman as manager) So considering they are his good mates he is now calling them thick as **** in terms of football to people he isn't good mates with?
I think we have to accept it (no other choice) because KLD wants the club to fund itself after years of mis-management. If Rangers were to come in with a £10m bid for Stewart tomorrow then we would have to accept it and take the £9.7m profit - as gutted as we would all be that is exactly the model KLD wants
