I think people are under estimating them, very difficult game imo.

He's quality like, let's hope Tiote will be back in time to do a job on him, then I'll be more confident ;)

The only thing I worry with against Everton is Baines on the left against Simpson and Obertan

Drenthe and Baines are the main threats imo. Both can take on players and create that bit of magic. That Vellios looks decent when he's come on for Everton, should be an interesting match. With Ba on form, I can only see one outcome, especially at home. Wasn't expecting much against Stoke, would be satisfied with a point.

Definitely cant be taking Everton for granted, even at home. A win would be amazing though, would set us up with 25 points from 11 games leading into that horrible run of games this month.

I think no less than a win is vital to us because of the tough run of games after from our next 4 I think we can get 4 points which I would happily take !

    Me too...

Everton may be aging, and certainly not getting any better, but they were already a well-run, well-drilled little unit capable of mixing it up with the big guns most days... They haven't slipped enough from that to be considered an easily winnable home game, despite our seemingly meteoric rise.
I'd be happy with a point and a good performance to be honest.

Everton made manure fight for the 3 points last week, and manure only beat them by the single goal. From what I've seen of the highlights it was a pretty even game, so don't underestimate them.

I'll not be greedy and will be happy with a draw, if we get a win I'd be over the moon.

On their day, Everton can be as good as any team in the league. Always tough games.

Can't see Moyes underestimating us. He's a shrewd manager and a good coach.

Marouane Fellaini will miss the trip to Newcastle next weekend.

The Belgian midfielder picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in the game against Manchester United on Saturday.

    Phew. Disaster averted.

Imagine Colo and Fellaini knocking heads? The time taken to untangle would cause the game to be called off.

They're not quite the same since Arteta left. Their game is very rushed and them kick it towards the opposition goal without much plan so that they run out of ideas in the final third. On paper, on current form, we should win or draw. But you never know, they are a good team and often step up when challenged and the underdogs. They're also slow starters every season so their league position doesn't surprise me one bit. They'll be competing with us for a europa league place come january. Drenthe can always produce something brilliant and they're a threat from set plays. Saha still is quality and will punish us if we dont pay attention. Unpredictable this, maybe 0-0. Wouldn't mind too much.

I disagree, Everton have been far from poor and are really starting to find their feet again. This is going to be a difficult game regardless of form. They have a good defence with Distin and Baines in particular. The key will be getting down their right side where they are weaker with Hibbert so Jonas' crossing I think will be integral. They have Drenthe as well who is class and can really hurt us with his pace, looks like he's beefed up as well from when he first signed for Madrid. This one's a toughie to call, if we can go into the City game unbeaten then I'll be happy but we should definitely be looking to beat every single team in the league at home.

After watching our game against Everton last weekend, I agree Baines is your biggest worry. I like the look of that Royston Drenthe too, he's far too good to be playing for Everton. They've got goals in them so your defence will have to be on it's toes again. Just bear in mind you're only going to be 2nd for a few hours if you win, because I fully expect us to hammer your nearest and dearest.

Off Topic....Lewis Hamilton The F1 Legend...Ok each to their own, but are you serious? I love watching Formula One but I think it's good in spite of Hamilton's presence in the sport, you obviously think he's the dogs bollocks. I can't get my head around people who buy into him, I think the guy is as dull as dishwater and I don't believe there's room for people in that sport that consistently spit their dummy out. Fair play if you're mates with him or something I can understand, I'd just like to know what makes you think he's a 'legend'?

Another tosser who needs teaching the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Drenthe is still finding his feet in the Prem and struggles with his his discipline.

One person's dull as dishwater is another man's focused profesional. Not sure where you get him spitting his dummy out from? Got docked three grid places at the weekend and was "meh, yeah it was my fault" He's still young and already has a world title in one of the most exciting seasons and races in years. Next few years Vettel & Hamilton will be fighting for title year in year out. That said, I'm a Button fan.

Anyone know the ticket prices? Was thinking of taking my 8 year old nephew to his 2nd Toon game.
