0 - Disagree strongly that supporters have misrepresented opinions of others and been quite vitriolic in their statements. Feel free to post examples.
Agreed. It seems like if you feel Ralph should be sacked it’s a personal attack on him and his advocates.
At the end of the day Ralph out supporters want what's best for the club. Ralph in supporters want what's best for the club. I am still very much Ralph in because he kept us up on probably the tiniest budget in the prem by some mile.
I think Ralph's biggest improvement is the use of his current staff. Whether that's because he's got the right members in or the board have forced his hand slightly. He is benefitting greatly from having a team that what looks like he can trust and that support him with better ideas.
Nail on head. Whether through his own obstinacy, or because the previous board had no will or money to help him out, after Danny Rohl left until this season Ralph was stuck with two ex-goalkeepers and a video analyst helping him on the touch line. As you say, having people around him who he can bounce ideas off has improved things enormously.
The same way disliking someone can be personal. EDIT: Just re-read your post. I don’t think the decision to replace a manager is personal, at the time when people were calling for him to go it was because of his performance. Ralph’s personality is one of his assets IMO.
I’m 95% sure that the staffing has been an issue of finance. It would be cheaper to keep what’s there than sever contracts and let’s face it, we needed to put every penny we had available onto the pitch. Crocker seemed to intimate that was the case. When he joined he commented that the academy training, scouting and first team training bases felt a bit dated and didn’t feel like high performance environments anymore. One of his first publicised actions was saying that we were going to be investing a million on academy and recruitment facilities and it’s clearly continued in that vein.
Hang on and we could replace him with Villa's manager when he is sacked. What is the difference between someone who voted for Brexit and someone who wants Ralph out? Nothing. They are both people hell bent on an error of judgement.
Comical and slightly offensive. I'm Ralph out (based on a long period of games that may change over a similar period), but to be compared to a Brexit voter is worse than any name under the sun.
Brexit and the Tories have trashed our country. Sacking Ralph would be just as catastrophic for our club which is why our owners haven't sacked him. They at least retain a modicum of common sense. You caryy on with your attempts at gaslighting if you like but it is water of a ducks back mate.
Im not saying I agree or disagree with either point in your post, just that it came across very narrow minded. There are valid reasons for voting Brexit just as there are valid reasons for wanting Ralph to go. To suggest that anyone with a different opinion to you has no common sense is ridiculous
I am not going spend my time 'proving' my comment when l expect you to deny my opinion. However, just look at the comment from St. Luigi above, pretty ****ing insulting someone else's considered position and references to a subject matter that has nothing to do with football. I don't need to justify my opinion any further and that's not the worst **** l have read on here.
