Just watched The Father. What an incredible, important film. Anthony Hopkins is off the scale as an actor.

 

On my list, I have kind of avoided it because my poor old mum went to Alzheimer’s. I think enough time has gone by now that I could appreciate the film as a work of art, rather than as a reminder.

 

It's a tough watch, Chilcs, for sure. But as I say, important, and just an incredible piece of film-making and particularly acting. I'm blown away by it.
