He’s not a manager for our model. We need a head coach. We need to make this system work in my opinion as it’s modern and forward thinking.
The club need to make a statement with this next appointment. Either by getting someone who's in work or a huge name from the out of work pool. A 'best of what's available' appointment will sink us. Massive, confident personality needed.
