Biggest worry for me is not particularly Neil although I don’t want him to go it’s players like Stewart who have also to sign contracts. It might have a big bearing on his decision particularly as Rangers are now Champions league.
Because it's imperative that the Board ensure that,if we have the right person in the job,his conditions of employment are correct and he's happy. Of course,if he's making unreasonable demands,which can't be met,then he's not the right man in the first place.

Good point mate, especially the recruiter bit. I have had a chat with one in the last few weeks despite only being in my job 3 months and not looking to move, hut he rang me so I chatted with him for 10 minutes or so.
If thats true then he may have lost a lot of the fans already, shocking if his head can be turned like this by Stoke of all clubs.
If that's true then one way or another he is gone. Most likely, the job is nailed on and we get some compo. If not, we have to let him go.
