Great result. Both teams have solid claims for being hard done by at dropping points so I think a draw was fair. Bench needs a lot of work. Longstaff is just sooo slow. We need someone with pace and bite in there if we want to press all game. Wood didn't seem to know where to be. Those two made Murphy look incisive!
A fine effort to be fair…..some really good performances from Max, Miggy, Joelinton but Pope is something else, pure class. It sounds weird to say that after he conceded 3 goals……if we can get 3 more in before September 1st I believe we can push for top 8 comfortably. St.James’ is a fortress again…..HOWAY!!
Scary to think if we had a half decent bench we could and can beat the richest team in the world. Howe is absolutely ****ing amazing. Hats off.
