    Reminded me of Keegan’s meltdown.

Now we can at last get to watch a future world champ in the heavyweight division who can box and punch Joe Joyce.

Joshua should have danced a merry jig to get a split decision.

    He was totally schooled.

Josh lost by, at least, 5 rounds.

    IMO.

He did that in the first bout. He’s had opportunities to destroy opponents but then backs away. He needs to think “What would Mike Tyson do?”

If Fury’s next we’ll find out which member of the god squad god prefers

But then want something like 95% of the money, opponent says get f*cked, Fury says they bottled it and he goes back into retirement

problem is Joshuas tank is always empty by around round 4, if he goes all out for a few seconds the rest of the round he’s just struggling to recover his breath

Everyone knows fury just talks ****. I'm not sure he'll fight him and like you say just come up with **** to try and make out usyk didn't want it.

Joshua should have put that to bed in the 9th but just seems scared to go steamrollering into the openings he creates like he used to do. The Joshua that beat Klitschko would have put him to the sword. Usyk’s turnaround in the 10th was unbelievable though. Only one person gonna feel sore tomorrow, if that was a scrap on the school playground everyone would be talking about how Joshua battered him.

Guess Joshua goes on to Wilder next but does he ever get a shot at Fury now?

Sorry. Joshua almost got knocked out in the 9th, Usyk landed all the big shots but didn’t follow them up and finish the job. Joshua hoovered up all the points without really hurting Usyk at all.

Usyk will probably look to go toe to toe with wilder next.

    Better?

I don't think he fights him. It's a horrible match up for Fury, compared to fighting AJ.

Fury loves controlling the speed and tempo but you can't do that against Usyk, the tempo he fought with for the 12 rounds tonight was amazing. It's a bit mind boggling how he even manages to do that and he took plenty of hard body shots too

Usyk was never nearly knocked out he might have got hurt but that's about it, joshua was not unlucky he got beat fair and square he come up against a fighter again who won't back off worrying about his punch, will counter and outbox joshua and he did.

Joshua showed his frustration at the end because he knew again the guy was to good for him and he was not good enough to put him to the sword simple as that, and also it was joshua wobbling around at the end spouting crap probably from the punches he took so he was obviously hurt emotionally and physically.

Joshua did as much damage to himself tonight as usyk did to him.

That 9th round Usyk was wobbling and done for with a minute to go, ref splits the clinch and AJ just stood off and let Usyk recover. A few years ago he’d have been steam boating in there like a bull in a China shop and likely finished the fight. It was as good as missing an open goal from 6 yards out.

I never said Joshua was unlucky.

I didn’t see him chatting bollocks, I left at the end of the 11th to beat the traffic and get home in time for supper. But I’m sure he’s probably a bit upset, that’s his career at the top of the sport over. He’s a B lister now.

I don't think he is a B lister or his career at the top over, i don't think usyk will have many more fights he seems to have his head in the right place he probably knows how much his body is taking maybe 1 or 2 more fights i think he will call it a day there is a lot of very good fighters coming through Britain has 2 of them that will go all the way, Joshua can work away to another crack at it but after tonight especially at the end of the fight i think he will have lost a hell of a lot of supporters and could become the Sheff Wed of the boxing world.

Quality fighter is Usyk, and showed why, tbh I thought he won it by a country distance and how any ref could give it to AJ is beyond me. His speed, movement and game plan were all a level above. If and its a big 'if' Fury decided to take him on, I think Usyk would likely do similar.

Not sure what AJ was on about at the end though, waffling for the sake of it.
