preston's five games this season have produced one goal. they've won a game 1-0 and had four 0-0 draws.
Good play from Tetteh and a nice pass. Even so I think Oscar was second favourite to get on the end of it. Absolutely bullied the defender to win it then great composure to finish. We've got a great striker here.
He was awful. He kept demanding yellow cards for Estupiñan and said he was pleased that he got one. He also said Estupiñan was a lot quieter after his booking.
Definitely agree with the message of this, unfortunately the players we bring on effectively sacrifice any form of control we might be able to grasp
As we did once upon a time. So we got tonked today by a team that I expect to be challenging for automatic promotion come the end of the season - it happens. Overall I suspect the majority of us would have taken 8 points from our opening 5 games before a ball was kicked. Today has been a bad day at the office - except for Oscar who is looking like he can score 20 + this season is he stays fit. Let's put it behind us and get behind the lads v Coventry next week. UTT
Well one thing is clear Oscar if he can stay on the pitch is going to score a lot of goals this season (and yes don’t think again he held the ball up once not that that matters). Tetteh combined well with Oscar for the goals but on a number of occasions his first touch let him down The new boy played a decent game when he came on. Tufan while he was on the pitch showed his class again. If he is out for a while we will of course miss him. Williams and Coyle were both poor on the right side Elder had a good first half but was poor in the second. Figueredo has a few mistakes in him. Our luck ran out my
My fav but listening to their awful commentary was listening to them rave about Ajayi at the back when he was at fault for 2 goals.
