    This game could shape our season for me. I know it's still very early doors but a win has us looking up and a loss has us looking over our shoulders. I'd take a point now to be honest as we don't want to string back to back defeats together after going so long unbeaten.

    Get something today and get a few in next week and everything will be looking rosy. Lose today get no-one in next week and the panic will start to set in.

    I know we've conceded in our other two home games but we've played very well and always look like we'll score ...

    ... it's been a while since I thought that about Sunderland tbh, Peter Reid probably.

    We always look like we can make something happen in the final third and have a massive goal threat playing Simms and Stewart alongside each other. Long may that continue. Really hope we can get a quick nippy striker in to compliment these 2 and be able to switch it up if necessary

    Mmm.....bit dramatic mate. Early stages of the season,don't think we'll be looking over our shoulders just yet.We were never going to storm this division.
    Window not closed ,let's see what the squad looks like in 10 days time. Losing Ballard is a blow,but it's a chance for others.It's the performances that count....we gave a good account of ourselves at Sheffield...same today,and all is not gloom,regardless of the result. As you say,shame to lose our unbeaten record,but it was bound to happen and this from two of the more difficult away matches in what is a very difficult division. I have developed a lot of confidence in Alex Neil....I like what I see....we have to give him time.
